They say operating rooms run on a silent dance a high-stakes choreography of precision, timing, and unyielding trust. For over twenty years, I’ve been right in the middle of that dance. From the raw adrenaline of Level 1 trauma centers to the exacting millimeter precision of advanced surgical robotics, I built my career on the front lines of human care.

When I stepped into academia as an instructor at Fortis College and a clinical coordinator at Carrington College, I stepped out of the OR and onto the teaching floor. But as I sat in interdisciplinary faculty meetings across from colleagues in every discipline from allied health to the mechanical trades a striking, universal pattern emerged. Every single one of us was voicing the exact same frustration: a massive, uncomfortable chasm between textbook theory and the high-pressure reality of live execution. Seasoned trade veterans were retiring or leaving the floor, and the rising generation of graduates was being sent into the workforce with passing test scores, but without true real-world readiness or hands-on mentorship.

I realized this wasn't just a surgical technology problem; it was a crisis across all specialized trades. Closing that gap required more than good intentions it demanded a structural, cross-industry movement. So, I channeled two decades of clinical instinct, academic experience, and a commitment to trade excellence into founding The Technical Bridge Group.

As CEO, my mission goes beyond running a firm; it’s about institutionalizing mentorship. I direct our strategic vision, enterprise partnerships, and expanding multi-trade frameworks. But make no mistake I am not an executive who sits behind a desk detached from the work. To lead a living, breathing trade, you have to stay connected to its pulse. I still selectively take surgical tech contracts across the Greater Phoenix area. Keeping my hands in the work keeps my clinical edge sharp, my industry perspective fresh, and our company’s standards uncompromising.
